How Rodízio Works

Once seated, you’ll be welcomed with our fresh salad and hot sides bar featuring rice, beans, farofa, Brazilian cheese bread, and other favorites. Then, the real experience begins:

Our gauchos circulate through the dining room continuously, offering freshly grilled cuts of meat straight from the skewer to your plate. Simply flip your card to green when you want more, or red when you need a moment to rest — it’s that easy.
